Rep. Jack Murtha (D-PA) agreed to do business with a fictitious Arab sheik whom Murtha thought was trying to bribe him. Murtha avoided prosecution for his role in the ABSCAM scandal by testifying against other Democrat Congressmen who'd taken the bribes.
